Mountain Brook Terrace

This beautiful home lacked functional family space for the couple’s four children of varying ages with an existing screened porch that was not accessible from the expansive backyard. The addition of a new screened porch and terrace yielded multiple outdoor spaces for both adults and children to relax and gather. Double fireplaces were incorporated to serve both the upstairs living space as well as the newly landscaped backyard, and a sophisticated basement renovation connects the original home to the new outdoor recreation space under the terrace. Finally, a renovated entry features a custom front door and new copper lighting.
