✨ Project Spotlight ✨

A cramped extra room with a kitchenette was transformed into an airy home office for a letterpress designer. New foundations to support the heavy press were added, and interior walls were cleared to create an open, inviting workspace. New lighting and custom display shelves highlight the designer’s work.

On the exterior, new wide stairs and a canopy were paired with the existing door and window to create a gracious entry for both the owner and her clients.

✨ Our fee structure really depends on the type of project. Architectural fees for most of our architectural service projects (new construction and renovation projects) are charged as a combination of both hourly invoicing and percentage of the cost of construction.
