Designed with an eye towards sophisticated mountain homes, these cottages are great examples of what we think senior living will look like in the future.

The cottages feature high-end materials and manufacturers, from Marvin windows to Fire Rock fireplaces, and stone accents from Acme Brick.

Stewart Perry, the general contractors for the project, have been fantastic partners in helping us realize this vision for the Kirkwood by the River community.
