Being a designer at a small firm means more chances to do more things: responsibility for design and production and working directly with clients and contractors, all while having the support and resources that come with being part of a team.
At TPD Architect, we help families live longer in homes they love.
TPD Architect is currently hiring enthusiastic design professionals to join our team in Birmingham, Alabama. The residential architecture and interiors practice focuses on high-end renovation projects in the Birmingham area and works in all project stages from programming and predesign through construction.
Ideal candidates are excited about residential architecture, are known for strong design as well as technical skills, can work independently and as part of a team through all phases of a project, and enjoy creating beautiful, functional spaces where families can live and thrive for decades.
TPD believes it is important to give team members the tools and opportunities they need to be successful. Pay is competitive with life and disability insurance benefits, and the firm offers generous time off as well as flexible scheduling, and the option to take time off on alternate summer Fridays. We offer and encourage continuing education experiences, support for professional activities, and an extensive resource library.
