Designer
With a background in interior design and art history, Catherine brings a creative and well-informed perspective to her work here at TPD, combining aesthetic sensibility with practical expertise in creating appealing and functional spaces. Working hand in hand with our architecture team, she helps to create a seamless design experience for our clients, not only designing millwork and selecting finishes, but also furniture, window treatments and upholstery for homeowners seeking turnkey services for their renovation or new construction.
Born and raised in Birmingham, Catherine earned a Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Interior Design at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa while also minoring in Art History. Following graduation, she worked in the commercial furniture industry gaining knowledge about space planning, furniture selection, and project management. Outside of work, Catherine loves spending time with her husband, family, and friends and serves as the VP of Signature Events on the IIDA Alabama Board.
