TPD Architect welcomes Elizabeth Troyer (Libby) as Associate. Libby is excited to return to architecture practice after time away raising her children and navigating the many moves and adventures of her husband’s Navy career.
The required joining of innovation and problem solving is what originally drew Libby to architecture. Her history and theory studies revealed the enormous influence the medium holds in our lives and the potential well-designed architecture can have in improving residential living, healthcare, education, community economic development and the environment to name a few.
Libby grew up in Tuscaloosa and recently returned with her husband to be closer to family. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, and a Masters in Architecture from the NewSchool of Architecture & Design. She enjoys volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and hiking, backpacking and exploring national parks and new cities with family and friends.
